Prior to joining us two years ago, Matt honed his skills in at ADP in Pittsburgh for over two years, followed by a position in enrollment at UPMC. In his current role, his responsible is to help onboard new household, while meticulously tracking office successes.
One of Matt’s standout qualities is his outgoing nature and willingness to experiment with new techniques and processes to connect with policy holders. He has a unique talent for making anyone feel comfortable, which is invaluable in his role. Matt achieved a significant professional milestone by earning the TMHOF recognition in his first full year with the company, which celebrates the top Auto, Homeowner, Renters, Health, and Life Insurance in the state.
Driven by the desire to provide a secure future for his loved ones, particularly his partner, Gabrielle, Matt has set ambitious professional goals for this year, including qualifying for both Life and P&C licenses, as well as achieving the trip goal for Life.
